“Rue de Buci”, day 23. For the most part, this painting is finished. There are no major sections left to do, and I spent much of the night painting random details I’d put off until later, not wanting to get bogged down and burn out. What I need to do now is clean up some half-assery, and figure out what to do with the bright area at the end of the street where a lone sidewalk umbrella seems to float in suspended animation.…Furthermore, I need a wider lens.
